Welcome to Saral Path BD (saralpathbd.com). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our online courses, digital learning materials and Islamic books. By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Us

Saral Path BD is an Islamic education platform based in Kansat, Shibganj, Chapai Nawabganj, Bangladesh. We offer recorded video courses and learning materials based on the Qur’an and authentic (Sahih) Hadith, including the course series “Protidiner Dua o Sot Amol” (Daily Duas & Good Deeds), as well as Islamic books such as the Holy Qur’an, Tafsir, Hadith collections and other authentic Islamic books.

2. Definitions

• “We”, “us” and “our” mean Saral Path BD.
• “You”, “user”, “student” and “customer” mean any person who visits the website or places an order.
• “Course” means any recorded video course, lesson, PDF book or other digital learning material sold or provided on the website.
• “Book” means any printed Islamic book sold through our online shop, such as the Holy Qur’an, Tafsir, Hadith collections and other Islamic books.

3. Accounts

• You must give accurate information (name, email address and phone number) when you place an order or create an account.
• When you buy a course, a student account is created for you automatically with the email address you provide, and your login details are sent to that email.
• Your account is for one person’s personal use only. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Sharing your account, selling or transferring your access, or logging in from many devices at the same time is not allowed. We may limit simultaneous logins and may suspend accounts that are shared.
• Users under 18 should use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Courses and Access

• The content, number of lessons, access period and included materials of each course are described on its course page. We may update, improve or reorganise lessons at any time to keep the content accurate and useful.
• Courses are delivered online and are never shipped. As soon as your online payment through SSLCommerz or bKash is successful, your enrollment is activated instantly and automatically, and you can start learning from your dashboard. There is no delivery time or delivery charge for courses.
• Access to a course is valid for the period stated on the course page (currently 6 months from the date of enrollment, unless stated otherwise). Access may end after this period.
• A bundle course gives access to all the individual courses included in that bundle for the same access period.
• You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device (smartphone, tablet or computer) to watch the lessons. We are not responsible for problems caused by your own device, browser or internet connection.

5. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges apply only to printed books and are shown separately at checkout.
• Prices, discounts and offers may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been paid for.
• Online payments are processed securely through licensed payment gateways such as SSLCommerz and bKash, using debit/credit cards, mobile banking or internet banking. We never see or store your card number, PIN or OTP.
• Cash on Delivery may be available for book orders where it is shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed, or, for Cash on Delivery orders, after we confirm the order.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course videos, audio, text, PDF books, graphics, logos and other content on this website belong to Saral Path BD or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright law.
• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own learning.
• You may not record, copy, download (except where a download is offered), reproduce, upload, share, sell or distribute any part of the content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, other users’ accounts or our systems;
• post harmful, abusive or misleading content in reviews, comments or support groups;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.

8. Religious Content Disclaimer

Our content is prepared carefully from the Qur’an and authentic Hadith, with references, for educational purposes. It is not a fatwa service. For rulings on your personal situation, please consult a qualified scholar. If you find any error, please let us know and we will review it.

9. Refunds, Returns and Delivery

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Course access and book delivery are explained in our Delivery & Course Access Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account without refund if these Terms are seriously violated, for example in cases of account sharing, piracy or redistribution of course content, fraudulent payments or chargebacks, or abusive behaviour.

11. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep the website available and the content accurate, but the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Saral Path BD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services such as payment gateways, courier companies, email services and video hosting providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue amicably.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
